Maxis 电话配套问题


Dear Mr. Chew,

Good day to you!

With reference to my few earlier tele-conversation and discussion with you, regarding the Maxis Package to Koperasi Guru-Guru Sekolah Cina Pulau Pinang.

As I did mentioned to you earlier, they have been a few submission which has been pending due to a few issues such as port-in issue/ Mobile Number belongs to other owner name/ Sim-Card/Device delivery address/supplementary lines/etc. Therefore, all the pending ones will be rejected by my HQ, then we need to follow-up with the individual user to check/ verify/ clarify and re-confirm with each of them. Once the verification done, we need to re-submit with the updated info to HQ once again. Then, HQ will proceed for processing those submission once again. This process will be repeated continuously until all those submission has been completed entirely.

Thus, there was a slight delay during this processing period and we apologize for this. As mentioned to you earlier, our processing will be done batch by batch progress. The overall complete list will be provided to you once the entire submission (including the pending and rejected ones – in some cases, main line is completed, but pending supplementary line).  Appreciate your kind patience and co-operation in this matter to inform on the status of this submission to your teacher members.

However, I will send you the ‘successful user list’ – batch by batch on weekly basis. Thus, attached herewith is the successful user list under this Koperasi group. I will continue to send another List (Batch 2) once we have another updates from HQ, from time to time to update you on the status.

On behalf of Maxis, we sincerely apologize and regret for all the in-convenience caused. We will try our level best to complete the entire submission as soonest as possible.
